It is a water-based single component latex rust converter-cum epoxy metal primer which serves a protective dark black anti-corrosive coating on rusted metal structures for painting, rusted pipelines, rusted storage tanks as well as rusted reinforcement (TMT-rebar) surface etc.

It can be directly applied on the rusted metals, rusted pipelines, rusted storage tanks as well as rusted reinforcement (TMT Re-bars) surface etc. without any types of rust removing, sand-blasting, sort-blasting, wire-brushing, sandpapering or grinding process etc. for the long-term anti-corrosive application.
After its application, no red-oxide primer coating is required for painting.

After its application, it protects the painted metal surface from further rusting for next 04*-05* years & without painting at least 12*-18* months with proper application.
After its application, any types of paint like, (epoxy, enamel, PU etc.) can be directly applied on the metal surface without red-oxide primer application.
The product is eco-friendly and poses no danger of side-effects.

Prebond-110 is another unique solution to sand-blasting, sand-papering, wire-brushing, grinding, rust removing & applying red-oxide primer process for newly fabricated structures, old rusted structures for painting as a well anti-corrosive epoxy coating for rusted reinforcement surface.
